§29–1502.
(a)After the Board approves a license application, the County Supervisor of Tax Collection shall issue the license on payment of the license fee and the fee required by subsection
(b)of this section.
(b)A license applicant shall pay to the Board a fee of $350 to cover the costs of:
(1)the notice required under § 29–1504 of this subtitle; and
(2)processing the application.
