§25–602.
(a)There is a Class B beer license.
(1)Subject to paragraph
(2)of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at a hotel or restaurant at the place described in the license for on– and off–premises consumption.
(2)A license may not be issued for, for use in conjunction with, or on the premises of:
(i)a drugstore or a restaurant located in a drugstore; or
(ii)a premises that has a passageway providing direct public access to a drugstore or a restaurant located in a drugstore.
(c)The annual license fee is $250.
