§22–1102.
(a)The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of:
(1)a Class A–1 license;
(2)a Class A–2 license;
(3)a Class B license that has off–sale privileges; or
(4)a Class D license.
(b)The annual permit fee is $50.
