§20–1102.
(a)This section applies to a holder of:
(1)a Class C per diem beer and wine license; or
(2)a Class C per diem beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b)A license holder listed under subsection
(a)of this section may sell collectible special anniversary or event bottles of wine or liquor for off–premises consumption on the days permitted by the license for the special anniversary or event.
