§2–402.
(a)There is a Class E (water vessel) beer, wine, and liquor license issued by the Executive Director.
(1)The license is required to be obtained for each water vessel on which beer, wine, or liquor is sold.
(2)The license is valid throughout the State.
(c)The license authorizes the owner or operator of a water vessel to sell beer, wine, or liquor for consumption on the vessel if the water vessel is used:
(1)for the transportation for hire of passengers from ports in the State to other ports in the State, coastal ports in other states, or foreign ports; or
(2)to operate tours within State waterways.
(d)The annual license fee is $150.
