§17–2002.
(1)Unless otherwise provided in this title, an individual may not consume alcoholic beverages in a premises licensed under this title:
(i)from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Monday through Saturday; or
(ii)from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Sunday.
(2)An owner, an operator, or a manager of a premises licensed under this title may not knowingly allow consumption prohibited under paragraph
(1)of this subsection.
(b)A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50.
