§16–604.
(a)There is a Class D beer license.
(1)Subject to paragraph
(2)of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail:
(i)at the place described in the license for on–premises consumption; and
(ii)at the discretion of the board, for off–premises consumption.
(2)A license may not be issued for a drugstore.
(c)The annual license fee is $250.
