§ 12-101

§12–101.
(a)In this title:
(1)except as provided in subsection
(e)of this section, the definitions in § 1–101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and
(2)the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Board” means the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City.
(c)“City” means Baltimore City.
(d)“Light wine” means wine that contains not more than 15.5% of alcohol by volume.
(e)The definition of “restaurant” under § 1–101 of this article applies in the City, subject to § 12–104 of this subtitle.
(f)“Total daily receipts” does not include:
(1)sales of novelty items;
(2)income from vending machines; or
(3)other receipts not resulting from the sale of food or beverages.
