§2–313.3.
(a)Except as provided in subsection
(b)of this section, a veterinary practitioner may not perform a declawing procedure on a cat.
(b)A veterinary practitioner may perform a declawing procedure on a cat if the procedure is necessary for a therapeutic purpose.
