Section 102. Sections ninety-eight to one hundred and one A, inclusive, shall not affect the authority of the courts to require the keeping by their probation officers of probation records in addition to those necessary to conform to forms of records and reports prescribed by the commissioner of probation nor the authority of the courts to approve expenses and disbursements relating to the probation system.
