Section 5C. Neither the relief authorized by section five A nor any comparable relief authorized by the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure or the District-Municipal Courts Rules of Civil Procedure nor the final determination of the action in which the representative is substituted shall affect any payment or distribution not concerned with said action which was made before application was made for such relief pursuant to said section five A or pursuant to any applicable rule of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure.
