Section 89. Upon such application, the attaching officer shall give notice to all the other parties or their attorneys, prepare a schedule of the goods and cause three disinterested persons acquainted with the nature and value of such goods to be appointed and sworn before a magistrate or the attaching officer to the faithful performance of their duty as appraisers.
