Section 58A. The Boston juvenile court shall have an administrative assistant for intergovernmental relations who shall coordinate activities between the Boston juvenile court and the department of mental health, the department of public welfare, the department of youth service and other state, county and federal agencies. Said administrative assistant shall be appointed by the justice and shall receive a salary equal to eighty per cent of the salary of the justice.
