Section 112. Rules of construction
The rules of construction that apply in the commonwealth to the interpretation of and disposition of property by will shall also apply, as appropriate, to the interpretation of the terms of a revocable trust and the disposition of the trust property. For the purposes of this section, a ''revocable trust'' shall mean a trust that is:
(1)revocable by the settlor until the time of the settlor's death;
(2)created or amended by the settlor after the effective date of this chapter; and
(3)was intended to dispose of the settlor's property at death, whether under will or otherwise and whether the trust was funded at the time of the settlor's death.
