Section 11C. Filing fees for the following shall be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven:
(a)For filing articles of organization required by section three.
(b)For filing articles of amendment required by section seven.
(c)For filing restated articles of organization in accordance with section seven.
(d)For filing a petition in accordance with section seven A.
(e)For filing articles of consolidation or merger in accordance with section ten.
(f)For the reservation of a name, or the extension of a reservation, and payment of the fee shall accompany the application.
(g)For filing all other certificates, statements, or reports required by this chapter unless another filing fee is specifically provided therefor.
