Section 51. Sections nine to twelve, inclusive, of chapter two hundred and sixty-five and section twenty-eight of chapter one hundred and eighty shall not apply to any boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts or other unarmed combative sporting event or sparring match or exhibition licensed under section thirty-three and conducted under and in accordance with sections thirty-two to forty-seven, inclusive, and the rules and regulations issued under section forty-six.
