Section 9. No person shall operate or cause to be operated any boiler required by this chapter to be inspected at pressures in excess of the safe working pressure ascertained by the rules of the board and stated in the certificate of inspection nor unless the boiler is equipped with such safety appliances as are prescribed by the board.
