Section 71L. Each application for a license, as specified in the following schedule, or a renewal thereof shall be accompanied by a fee.
Type of Tramway
1. Two-car aerial passenger tramway
2. Multi-car aerial passenger tramway
3. Skimobile
4. Chairlift
5. J Bar, T Bar, or platter pull
6. Rope tows
The amounts of such fees as well as fees for those applications accompanied by a report of an inspector certified by the board, containing such information as the board may by rule, or regulation prescribe, shall be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven for the filing thereof.
