Section 81C: Rules and regulations relative to nursing schools

Section 81C. The board may make such rules and regulations consistent with law relative to procedure under sections eighty-one A and eighty-one B as it deems expedient, and shall make reasonable rules and regulations concerning the general conduct of approved schools, including the qualifications of the principals and the teachers therein, requirements for admission of students, the curriculum to be taught therein, the teaching equipment, the care of the health of the students and their housing.
The board may make such rules and regulations consistent with section eighty B as it deems expedient except that the board registration and discipline in medicine shall jointly approve additional acts, as referred to in said section eighty B.
