Section 60E. Every holder of a certificate of registration shall display it in a conspicuous place in his principal office, or place of business or employment within the commonwealth.
A new certificate of registration, to replace such certificate lost, destroyed or mutilated, shall be issued by the board upon payment of a fee to be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven, and such certificate shall be stamped or marked ''duplicate''.
