Section 272: Disclosure by licensed naturopathic doctors of business and residential addresses

Section 272. A licensed naturopathic doctor shall advise the board, in writing, of the address of the doctor's principal place of business and any other address at which that doctor is currently engaged in practice. The naturopathic doctor shall immediately provide written notice to the board of a change in the address of a place of business at which the doctor practices. The naturopathic doctor shall also advise the board, in writing, of that doctor's current residential address and of any subsequent change to that address.
