Section 15. The board of registration in podiatry, in sections sixteen to twenty-two, inclusive, called the board, shall prepare and distribute forms of applications for registration, certificates of registration and such other documents as may be necessary or convenient in carrying out sections thirteen to twenty-three, inclusive. It shall hold at least two examinations annually, at times and places to be designated by it, after due notice of the same by publication at least twice a week for three successive weeks in one or more newspapers published in the county where the examination is to be held, and it may hold other examinations as it deems necessary or proper.
