Section 110: Nursing home administrators; internship; evidence of training

Section 110. Each applicant for an original license as a nursing home administrator shall also serve for a period of not less than three months as a nursing home administrator in training. At least two weeks before entering upon such administrator training internship the applicant shall submit evidence to the board that such training
(1)will be under the supervision of a licensed nursing home administrator,
(2)will be at a grade and character satisfactory to the board, and
(3)will be in a duly authorized nursing home having an authorized bed capacity of not less then fifty beds.
