Section 64H. The trustees of the hospital may adopt, amend or repeal such rules and regulations for the management, control and administration of inpatient fees, and for regulating or limiting the method and amounts which may be disbursed from the trust funds, particularly the general trust fund. The trustees shall publish such rules and regulations and shall file copies thereof with the commissioner, the secretary of the executive office of human services, the commissioner of administration and the house and senate committees on ways and means.
