Section 64C. There shall be a board of trustees of the Cushing Hospital which shall consist of twelve members appointed by the governor. Each member shall serve a term of six years and two members shall be appointed each January, to take office on the first Wednesday of the following February. Members of the board may be removed for cause and shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for all expenses reasonably incurred in the performance of their duties. The board of trustees shall meet at least four times in each year.
