Section 127G. At any time after thirty days from the date of a district court's order authorizing the making of rental payments into court under section one hundred and twenty-seven F, upon application of any party and upon payment of a removal fee of five dollars, the clerk of the district court shall remove the case to the superior or housing court for further proceedings therein in the same manner and to the same extent as if the petition had originally been brought in said court.
The clerk of court shall forthwith transmit any rents held by him, as the result of a written order issued under section one hundred and twenty-seven F together with the removal fee, to the clerk of the superior or housing court.
