Section 117L. Any person violating any of the provisions of sections one hundred and seventeen G to one hundred and seventeen J, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars for the first offence and for each subsequent offence by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars. The act, omission or failure of an officer, agent or other person acting for or employed by a corporation, company, society or association within the scope of his employment or office shall be deemed to be the act, omission or failure of such corporation, company, society or association.
