Section 12C. Unless otherwise specified in this chapter, the office shall promulgate such regulations as it deems necessary for the implementation, administration and enforcement of the act. The office shall integrate its implementation, administration and enforcement of the act with other programs and agencies responsible for the protection of the public health, safety, welfare and the environment.
