Section 34I. The registrar shall keep such records and books and publish and distribute such forms and information as will facilitate the operation of the provisions of the eight preceding sections, and shall, upon the request of any person, furnish the name of the insurance or surety company issuing the policy or executing as surety the bond covering any particular motor vehicle or of any particular person appearing on his records as registrant of the same.
