Section 1A. As used in this chapter, the following words shall, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, have the following meanings:
''Census Block'' or ''Census Blocks'', 2020 census geography designated by the United States Census Bureau for which population data is reported under P.L. 94-171 Redistricting Data.
''VTD'', Voting tabulation district 2020 census geography designated by the United States Census Bureau for which population data is reported under P.L. 94-171 Redistricting Data.
