Section 7. The commissioner and the commissioner and the administering department may implement a system of wage verification on a continuous basis through the use of remote terminal units having on-line inquiry capability of the wage reporting data, such terminals to be located at such of its offices as the administering department may determine. The commissioner in implementing such capability, shall insure that the confidentiality of the data is maintained and that only data of persons positively identified is subject to inquiry by the commissioner and the administering department.
