Section 71.
(a)Law enforcement officers of the commonwealth and of an affected local jurisdiction shall have the same powers and jurisdiction within the limits of a transportation facility as they have in their respective areas of jurisdiction and access to the transportation facility at any time for the purpose of exercising such powers and jurisdiction.
(b)The traffic and motor vehicle laws of the commonwealth and, if applicable, any local by-laws or ordinances shall apply to a transportation facility.
