Section 8L. In regard to any carrier licensed pursuant to chapters 175, 176A, 176B, 176E, 176F and 176G, the commissioner of insurance may implement and enforce:
(i)the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Public Law 111–148, as well as any rules, regulations or guidance applicable thereto, as amended from time to time; and
(ii)the Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998, Public Law 105–277, as well as any rules, regulations or guidance applicable thereto, as amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, the amendments made by: Title X of said Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, Public Law 111–152; and the Indian Health Care Improvement Reauthorization and Extension Act of 2009, as enacted in amended form by section 10221 said federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
