Section 69: Reporting on gaming revenues, prize disbursements, expenses and matters requiring immediate changes in the laws

Section 69. The commission shall report monthly to the governor, the attorney general, the senate and house committees on ways and means, the chairs of the joint committee on revenue and the chairs of the joint committee on economic development and emerging technologies on the total gaming revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses for the preceding month and shall make an annual report to the same recipients which shall include a full and complete statement of gaming revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses, including such recommendations as the commission considers necessary or advisable.
The commission shall report immediately to the governor, the attorney general, the senate and house committees on ways and means, the senate and house chairs of the joint committee on revenue and the senate and house chairs of the joint committee on economic development and emerging technologies on any matter which requires immediate changes in the laws in order to prevent abuses or evasions of the laws, rules or regulations related to gaming or to rectify undesirable conditions in connection with the administration or operation of gaming in the commonwealth.
