The department of environmental management shall designate the walking track located at the Quinsigamond state park in the city of Worcester as the, ''State Representative Andrew Collaro walking track''; provided, however, that the tennis courts located in said state park shall be designated as the ''Senator Daniel J. Foley tennis courts''.
