Section 7. The director of MOBD shall prepare and submit to the governor and the general court an annual report which shall contain the description of organization of MOBD, and such other matters as he deems appropriate. He shall also include in such annual report such information as may be required by the commissioner of administration. He shall from time to time submit such other reports as the commissioner of administration may require.
