Section 13: Violations; penalties

Section 13. Any owner or operator who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder
(1)shall be subject to a fine not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than two years, or both, for each such violation; or
(2)shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars for each such violation. Each day each such violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separated offense. These penalties shall be in addition to any other penalties that may be prescribed by law.
