§306.7. Definitions
For the purposes of this Subpart:
(1)"Place of business" means the place where orders for fish are received or where fish is sold, including a vehicle if fish is sold from the vehicle, but does not include a public cold storage vault, temporary receiving station, or vehicle from which no orders are taken or no shipments or deliveries are made other than to the place of business of a licensee in this state.
(2)Person, owner, and operator shall all mean "person" as defined by R.S. 56:8.
