§305.7. Rod and reel gear license eligibility; class three or greater violations; prohibitions
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, after April 29, 1998, any person convicted of a fishery-related class three or greater violation shall not be eligible to hold a commercial rod and reel gear license for a period of two years from the date of conviction. Upon a second conviction of such person for a fishery-related class three or greater violation, the period of ineligibility to hold a commercial rod and reel gear license shall be five years from the date of conviction.
Upon a third and subsequent conviction of such person for a fishery-related class three or greater violation, the period of ineligibility to hold a commercial rod and reel gear license shall be ten years from the date of conviction.
