§46. Provisions included in orders and regulations
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing provisions, the orders, rules, and regulations authorized in this Chapter may include provisions for blackouts, practice blackouts, radio silences, uniform air raid signals, the control of traffic movements of emergency or other vehicles, evacuation of residents, controlling congregation of persons on public highways, streets and sidewalks and in public places or buildings, lighting of highways and streets, buildings and vehicles, and noises of all kinds, and provisions as to the qualifications, training, powers, rights, duties, privileges and immunities of persons authorized to be appointed pursuant to R.S. 53:48.
