CHAPTER 39-B. LOUISIANA BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ACT
§2386. Short title
This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Louisiana Business and Industrial Development Company Act" or the "Louisiana BIDCO Act".
