CHAPTER 17-A. KEEP LOUISIANA BEAUTIFUL INITIATIVE
§1131. Litter abatement, reduction, and control
The office of the secretary of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism shall be responsible for implementing the provisions of this Chapter relative to litter abatement, reduction, and control.
