§1167.1. Effective date of merger, consolidation and transfer of functions; appropriations; termination; Mississippi River Bridge Authority; Crescent City Connection Division
The merger, consolidation and transfer of functions provided for by this Part shall take effect and become operative on January 1, 2013.
