§2238.9. Additional powers relating to adjudicated property
In addition to the authority granted to and procedures set forth for the city of Monroe by this Subpart, the city may exercise any authority granted by this Chapter using the procedures set forth in this Subpart or in this Chapter as it deems appropriate.
