CHAPTER 15. WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
§2321. Definitions
As used in this Chapter, "water pollution control projects" means any waste treatment facilities or any plants or other works which accomplish the treating, stabilizing, or holding of untreated or inadequately treated sewage or other wastes.
