PART VI-A. LICENSING OF OUTPATIENT ABORTION FACILITIES

§2175.1. Short title

A. This Part may be cited as the "Outpatient Abortion Facility Licensing Law".

B. The provisions of R.S. 40:1061.1 shall apply to this Part.
