§599.5. Board of directors
An ordinance that creates an authority shall establish a board to govern the authority and shall include provisions for:
(1)Appointment of procedures.
(2)Powers of the board.
(3)Removal procedures.
(4)Term lengths.
(5)The election of a chair.
