PART XII-A. PERINATAL PHYSICAL HEALTH POLICY
§1124.1. Screening for prenatal and postpartum health disorders
Healthcare providers who provide prenatal and postpartum care to women shall screen for the signs and symptoms of hypertension and preeclampsia through a validated screening tool in accordance with the recommendations from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists if, in the exercise of their professional medical judgment, the healthcare providers believe that such screening would be in the best interest of the patient.
