§1484.28. Rules adopted
The state fire marshal shall adopt and issue rules, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, establishing standards for the installation, repair, maintenance, use, operation, and inspection of inflatable amusement devices, amusement attractions, and amusement rides for the protection of the public. The rules shall be based upon generally accepted engineering standards and shall be concerned with but not necessarily limited to engineering force stresses, safety devices, and preventive maintenance.
The rules shall provide for the reporting of accidents and injuries incurred from the operation of inflatable amusement devices, amusement attractions, or amusement rides.
