§1159.3. Subpart not applicable to care and treatment of persons with mental illness; exception
Except as provided in R.S. 40:1159.9, the provisions of this Subpart shall not apply to the care and treatment of persons with mental illness, which subject shall continue to be governed by existing law independently of the terms and provisions of this Subpart.
